Add staff
School staff list
The app has the school's staff list built in (20 people). It is added automatically when you open Enroll. Tap below to add anyone missing again (also people you deleted) and reset departments to Administration / Teaching Staff / Support Staff.

If something is slow or the camera does not start, send this text to support. (Also available by pressing and holding the status text at the top or on the gate camera.)
Restore
Replaces ALL data on this device with the backup. Face data in a backup can only be decrypted with the PIN that was in use when it was made.
Who can log in
The Principal uses the admin PIN (everything). Add a PIN for each Gate guard (gate check-ins, visitors, passes, vehicles – no reports) and Deputy / DOS (live dashboard and reports, read-only). PINs are stored only as salted hashes.
Staff PINs (fallback when the face is not recognised)
Each staff member can get a personal PIN. At the gate they tap Check in with PIN; a photo is taken as evidence. Give PINs in person.

Face data is never uploaded. Only records, visitors, passes, vehicles, alerts and the audit log.
